Short bio (50 words)
Krystal Morris-Vassell is a children's book author and girl mom whose stories celebrate family. An English major and a lifelong lover of words, becoming an author was always one of her biggest dreams — a dream she made real with her first children's book, Aria and Selah's Kitchen Adventures: Book 1, A Recipe for Love.
Long bio
Books have always been a big part of her family, so creating a story inspired by her daughters and one of their favorite activities — cooking together — has been incredibly special. Every book in the series includes family-friendly recipes that bring the story off the page and into your kitchen, creating opportunities for connection, learning, and lasting memories. Created by a mom, made for moms, families, and anyone who believes in the magic of spending intentional time together. As she puts it: this is only the beginning.
